In recognition of Forces family members in service we offer a 10% discount on our school fees for children of serving members of the regular UK Armed Forces and Foreign Commonwealth Development Office.
Thornton College is listed on the MOD’s Accredited Schools Database (ASD), which means that those families who are eligible for the Continuity of Education Allowance (CEA) can use the allowance against fees. For details of our Fee Structure please click here.
At Thornton College we welcome children from all Armed Forces backgrounds from around the world. We know that children of Forces families can often experience unique challenges and our excellent teaching staff and pastoral team are on hand to support students in their academic development and emotional needs.
We admit throughout the year and for most year groups we can be flexible regarding start dates. Each and every year we have children of Armed Forces join our Thornton family and we look forward to welcoming more.
