“Clarendon House Care Home hosted our Health and Social Care Students on 4th May and gave them a guided tour round their amazing new facilities.
Only recently opened, Clarendon House offers Residential, Dementia and Nursing Care. We were all hugely impressed with the facilities and welcoming, caring and enthusiastic staff.
Discussion afterwards focused on topics and modules that the girls are studying and it was fantastic to be able to apply and relate academic learning to the workplace setting.
Moving forwards we are excited about working closely with the Home, both to reinforce learning but also to support the wonderful care offered to the residents. With a spa, cinema with endless supply of popcorn, stunning bathroom with music and dimmed lighting, some of us are tempted to book our place now!”
