Wrap-around Care, Day Boarding and Occasional Boarding

Academic Year 2025/26

We have a flexible Wrap-Around Care, Day Boarding and Occasional Boarding system to suit busy working parents. Many families use it on a regular basis; others use it occasionally. There is a charge for this service which goes towards the cost of staffing and catering.

WRAP AROUND CARE

Our standard After School Care runs from the end of the school day until 6:00 pm (Reception to Year 11).

Snacks and refreshments are provided at the end of the school day. Your daughter can be collected at any time within these hours. You will be asked to book this towards the end of the previous term and the charge is made termly, in advance.

Any additional sessions, outside of your regular booking, will be charged in arrears at a cost of £12.25 per day.

If students wish to stay later than 6:00 pm the Day Boarding day rate of £45 per day applies. This will include supper and replaces wrap around care. Students can stay up to 8:00 pm.

Please note: Day Boarding is only available from Year 3 upwards.

Breakfast Club for Year 3 and above provides a choice of hot and cold breakfast, served between 7.45am and 8.00am. This is pre-booked at £5.15 per day and is charged in arrears.

‘Early Birds’ Children in Reception to Year 2 may only arrive from 8.00am and are supervised free of charge until the start of the school day.

Wrap-Around Care for Reception to Year 2 should be booked with Mrs McPartlan in Pre-Reception. For Years 3 and above, bookings should be made using the form on My School Portal, ideally at least 24 hours in advance.

DAY BOARDING (from Year 3 upwards)

Day Boarding students can join us as early as 7:45 am for breakfast and stay up to 8:00 pm which includes supper. Fees for this provision are available here.

WEEKLY AND FLEXI-BOARDING

In addition to the Wrap-Around Care, we offer weekly and flexi-boarding, dependent on bed availability. Students may board with us for stays from anything from one night to a whole term.

FLEXIBLE BOARDING FEES

Weeknights (Sunday from 5pm – Thursday night inclusive)	£82.50 plus VAT per week night
Weekend – one night (Friday night or Saturday night) from 4-5pm until lunchtime the following day	£143.00 plus VAT per night
Full Weekend (Friday after school – Sunday)	£286 plus VAT per weekend
