Since half term, our Year 10s have been having 1:1 meetings with our Careers Advisor, Mrs Scott. They have all received individual feedback regarding careers, sixth form subjects options and university courses. On Monday, armed with this information, the Year 10 students visited the UCAS Discovery Event at ExCel London. It was a vibrant, busy few hours, with over 150 universities hosting stands. Students were able to find out more courses and entry requirements and speak to student ambassadors. Sixth Form leaders and tutors also attended and the Year 10s came away with lots of ideas ….. not to mention bucket hats, sunglasses and a range of other free stash!
