Mr Lovell, Thornton’s Head of Computer Science, is featured in an article about the UFO’s, our esports team, in the latest edition of Independent Schools Magazine.
The UFO’s partnered with nine other schools to participate in a national Girls’ School Association esports tournament, with Mr Lovell explaining how esports is helping to bridge the Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) gender gap.
