Colin and Connie the Caterpillars made a welcome appearance at our Spotlight Series careers talk on Wednesday 3rd March!
Naomi Matthews, Commercial and NPD Director at Park Cakes Ltd showcased the mouthwatering range of cakes that her company provide for Marks and Spencer. Naomi told us about the different departments that work together to produce her company?s products and how the multiple strands of business all fit together.
It was also fantastic to hear about Naomi’s own pathway, from initial ideas of being a solicitor to selling fish for a small business, that led to opportunities working in Australia.
The takeaway message was to be open to and embrace different opportunities that present themselves in life. You never know where they might lead!
