Prep School re-enacts the last steps of Jesus.
The Stations of the Cross is a procession we make around the grounds at Easter time every year. Each class from Prep and Pre-Prep plays a part and acts out a scene from the Passion of Christ as they move from station to station.
Beginning in the Claudine Thévenet playground, it began with a celebration of events on Palm Sunday. The girls then moved around the grounds as they recounted key scenes such as Jesus meeting his mother, Veronica wiping his face and Simon helping him to carry his cross.
After his crucifixion, students processed to the chapel for the resurrection scene and to see that Jesus was risen.
