Reception girls tuck into a homemade lunch.

Our Reception class welcomed a special visitor for day two of Activities Week. Chloe H’s mum very kindly offered to come into school to teach the girls how to make their own samosas from filo pastry. It was tricky making the thin strips into triangular shapes but the girls persevered, knowing what a tasty treat they had in store. They also made paneer and pea and potato and chickpea curries, pronouncing them both yummy and polishing off their plates over an al fresco lunch in the sunshine.
